Tara Gravette Vice, PMP – President & Creative Director
Tara Vice is the Founder and Creative Director of Any Reason To Plan. A graduate of Samford
University with a degree in Accounting, Tara is also a certified Project Management Professional
(PMP), with over twenty-five years of experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects
across technology, financial services, and healthcare.
While her career has always centered on planning and execution, Tara’s true passion for more than
two decades has been creating unforgettable weddings, events, and meetings. She brings the same
precision and organizational skill from her professional life to every event, paired with a natural eye
for design, a sense of style, and a dedication to tailoring each celebration to the couple’s unique
vision.
Outside of work, Tara is a proud mom of three boys, and an active volunteer in hospitality, PTSO
and church initiatives, where she loves bringing people together and creating meaningful
experiences. Her warmth, creativity, and life experience shine through in every event she plans,
ensuring each celebration feels as personal as it is extraordinary. When she is not planning, you can
find her working out, reading, enjoying the beach and planning adventurous trips with her family.

Fran is a seasoned mom of four, one fur baby and two cats. She brings an unmatched work ethic and an insatiable curiosity that keeps every event fresh, innovative, and flawlessly executed. Her commitment to excellence ensures that no detail is overlooked and every experience feels effortless.
Kirsten is a newlywed and mom of one fur baby. She complements this vision with impeccable execution, ensuring every detail is flawlessly implemented. With her keen eye for organization and precision, she brings structure, refinement, and polish to every element, transforming creative ideas
into seamless, unforgettable events.
