All Good Advice – Part 2

WeddingPlanner2

When I meet with a bride & groom, I give them two pieces of advice to start the conversation. The first piece of advice was to enjoy the planning process. My second piece of advice is to:

PICK TWO

Pick two aspects of the wedding that are the most important {that will make or break the wedding day}. In my experience, most brides have this thing called a BUDGET. What two aspects of the wedding are most important to you as the bride & groom {not the parents, not the parent in laws, not your Aunt}. Is it that special photographer that you saw highlighted in a wedding magazine, the perfect Jimmy Chu shoes, an outstanding videographer/production crew, a certain flower that has to be flown in from Italy in the off season, the dress you saw in the show “Say Yes To The Dress”, or just a certain venue…PICK TWO. Start your budget with these two most important items and be willing to listen to options as you plan the other aspects of the wedding. Good luck and enjoy the journey! Thanks for sharing our “passion for planning”.
